A GIFT FROM GOD
Norwegian journalist Jørgen Lorentzen was in Turkey during the alleged coup in 2016. One of his neighbors stated that this was not a real coup.
This was the reason for Lorentzen’s investigation into this event and its aftermath. He documented the results of three years of intense investigative journalism in this documentary which has been broadcasted on NPO 2DOC documentary channel on 17 December 2019. With a collection of never before seen documents and video images and interviews with witnesses, Lorentzen guides the public through the evening of the coup.
